Yes. The shared upstream can be sized for future output; a second pressurized feed, drum dryer and downstream train can be added later.
Product and recipe, feed rate, target moisture and flake size, steam pressure, power standard, water, air, building size and local standards.
Yes: process study, mass balance, equipment, controls, PFD/P&ID, layout, utility schedule, FAT, installation guidance and commissioning support.
Pilot trials are recommended for new recipes, especially mixed cereals, proteins and starch products.
500 kg/h is the confirmed actual operating capacity for this purple sweet potato application, using a 2 m diameter × 5 m long drum. Other formulations, feed solids and final moisture conditions require a separate assessment.
The 10-second silent clip shows film formation and sheet removal during drum drying. It does not show downstream milling, packing or finished-product testing, and is not a demonstration of the complete line.
The India potato project uses two 2054D dryer trains with 2 m diameter × 5.4 m long drums. Reference finished output is approximately 550 kg/h per train, with a combined design output of approximately 1.1 t/h. Design figures are not sustained measured output.
MADE supplied 2040 drum dryers, flake-forming machines and associated equipment for four cereal production lines; this is not a claim of complete line supply. Each 2 m diameter × 4 m drum has a reference finished output of 400 kg/h, or approximately 1.6 t/h across four dryers.
Output in kg/h alone is not a like-for-like efficiency comparison. These figures involve different materials, drum dimensions and capacity bases. Selection requires consistent assumptions for formulation, feed solids, final moisture, steam conditions and how capacity is measured.
